Lease Operate & Transfer (LOT) Model:
Under this model Arabian Link International offers a long Investment Lease to the owners thereby taking away the headache of hotel management and ensure guaranteed fixed income for a long period. The minimum investment lease is for a period of 10 years.

All properties are professionally managed and operated by Arabian Hotels.

Upgrade lease Operate & Transfer:
This model is particularly suited in cases where the property is worn out after years of operation and owner/s do not wish the reinvest in their properties anymore.

This model is more preferred in cases where the owners have shifted their business to some other industries or change in property ownership to next generation who do not wish to run the business.

Under this model, Arabian Link International takes over the property in ‘as is’ condition and then invests in the renovations, upgrades, rebranding, etc. to rejuvenate the property and reestablish its market position through professional management & operations.
